§. 2. Er wird durch die Signatur angedeutet. Dieser Bezeichnung ist das Auge schon eher gewohnt, als wenn einige setzen. Die 6 wird nur alsdenn noch mit darüber gesetzt, wenn sie ein Versetzungszeichen bey sich hat (a); oder wenn die Auflösung einer Dissonanz in ihr vorgehet (b); oder wenn sie über derselben Note durch den Durchgang in eine andere Ziffer schreitet (c).	§2. It is indicated via the figure . One is more accustomed to this indication than when some people use . The 6 is only included on top [of the figure] if it has an accidental next to it (a); or if a dissonance resolves to it (b); or if the 6 proceeds as a passing tone over the same bass to the following figure (c).
